under-100 orders ship asap; 100+ ship on the scheduled wholesale date. carrier delays are outside our control.
no returns on custom text, but defects or our errors are remade free.
giving an email to save your designs or get a receipt is optional. you're responsible for the address you enter; we use it to remember your designs (so reordering is easy) and to email you about your order. marketing email is a separate opt-in. delete your saved designs or data any time at hello@ravebotics.com.
using the site, web studio, or an in-person kiosk means anonymous usage analytics are collected as described in our privacy policy.
deposits, cancellation windows, and on-site requirements are set in your booking agreement.
you confirm you have the right to use any logo or mark you ask us to put on a bead.
