name, shipping address, email, and your bead designs — the minimum to fulfill an order. payment is processed by Shopify; we never store card numbers.
to make, ship, and support your order, and to email you about that order. we ask for two separate, independent consents: save my designs (so your bracelets reappear next time, on the website or at any booth) and marketing email (occasional new-bead/offer notes). Each is optional and each can be turned off any time — declining one never forces the other.
when you give us an email, we remember your designs under it so they come right back next visit. on the website, returning customers confirm their email with a one-time sign-in link (we don't store a password). at in-person booths the email is taken unverified for speed — it's used for your receipt and, only if you opt in, to save your designs. you can always skip saving entirely.
at branded events, the host brand owns the list. guests are told who they're sharing with before they enter an email.
checkout runs through Shopify; their privacy terms also apply to the payment step.
we collect anonymous usage analytics on this site, the web bead studio, and our in-person kiosks — which screens get visited, design actions (like beads added or removed), and the contents of placed orders — so we can make the experience better. no advertising trackers, no cookies: each analytics session uses a random one-time id that isn't tied to your identity (if you place an order, an order id may link that session to your order). want analytics data deleted? email hello@ravebotics.com.
unsubscribe from marketing any time from any email, and ask us to export or delete your data (including saved designs) any time at hello@ravebotics.com.
