real kandi — standard acrylic / plastic pony beads and cube letter beads on stretch cord. latex-free, nickel-free. high quality, the real thing.
what sizes do you make?
two stretch-fit sizes: adult (~7–8") and kids (~5–6"). see the
size guide to measure your wrist.
how fast will my order ship?
orders under 100 bracelets ship asap, free usps priority. need it overnight? $25 flat. 100+ goes through wholesale on a scheduled date.
can every bracelet be different?
yes — 100 identical or 100 unique costs the exact same. no one else can do this. design them in the bead studio, or upload a list for big orders.
do you do custom beads or string colors?
we do. custom beads, custom string, custom logos —

what's your return policy?
personalized items are made to order, so we don't take returns on custom text. but if something's wrong, we remake it, no questions asked.
